The Department of Social Affairs and Sports will allocate a total of 658,155 euros over three years (2022-2024) to the 26 agreed places out of the 40 available at the two-day centres. Specifically, 15 of the agreed places are located in the Manacor day centre and another 11 places in the Portocristo day centre.

With the signing of this agreement, the Regional Ministry and the City Council show their joint desire to continue collaborating in the comprehensive care of elderly people in a situation of dependency, reserving these 26 places for the care of elderly people in a situation of dependency. The rest of the places in the day centres belong to the Manacor Town Council to attend to other social needs of the municipality.
