These payments will benefit around 650,000 farmers and livestock farmers who have submitted a single application for aid this year.

These advances, which have been calculated in accordance with the forecasts of the autonomous communities and will last until 30 November, aim to provide greater liquidity to farms. They will also help farmers and stockbreeders to cope better with the current economic disturbances caused by the war in Ukraine. The rest of the direct payments for the 2022 CAP campaign will be paid from 1 December.

The autonomous communities participating in the system of pre-financing of European CAP funds, coordinated by the FEGA, have already communicated their intention to make advance payments for an initial amount of around 2.8 billion euros, of which just over 2 billion euros will be paid between 17 and 21 October.

The FEGA publishes on its website the data on the funds that each Autonomous Community requests weekly to make these payments, which can be consulted in the section “Open Data: Prefinancing” Prefinanciacion fondos FEAGA | fega.gob.es.
