The Consell de Govern has today approved the allocation of 3 million euros from the contingency fund to finance actions and aid resulting from the effects of the storm ‘Juliette’, which hit Mallorca between 26 and 28 February 2023, affecting, among other places, farms where the accumulation of snow, low temperatures, rain and wind caused material damage.

In addition, the application of the contingency fund provided for in the state of expenditure of the general budgets of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands for the year 2024 has been approved to finance the credit extension.
