The Consell de Govern has authorized today the expenditure of 1,046,250 euros corresponding to the call for financial aid for the development of initial vocational training qualification programs.
At the request of the Conselleria d’Educació i Universitats, the expenditure for the academic year 2024-2025 has been enabled so that initial qualification programs (a basic degree) can be developed in local corporations, associations of municipalities, non-governmental organizations, professional and business associations and non-profit and social economy entities.
These programs are aimed at young people who have not graduated from compulsory secondary education or do not have any equivalent or higher academic qualification and who do not have the basic skills necessary to access the labor market or to continue their studies. Initial qualification programs are also aimed at young people with sensory disabilities.
