In view of the information published today in the press, the Ministry of the Presidency and Public Administrations states that the Director General of Coordination and Transparency, Jaume Porsell, has not been the administrator of the management company of the Sa Vinya establishment in the Port of Andratx since 1 August 2023.

Having resigned from this position, as stated in a public deed, in compliance with Law 2/1996, of 19 November, on incompatibilities of members of the Government and senior officials of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands. And that the establishment neither operates nor has any activity at present, while awaiting all the pertinent permits and authorisations.
