The Directorate General of Housing and Architecture is also preparing a new payment of the 2022 subsidies to applicants who have rectified deficiencies.

The Government of the Balearic Islands, through the Directorate General of Housing and Architecture, has resolved the sixth payment of the 2022 housing rental subsidies, for an amount of 653,971.16 euros, to 299 beneficiaries, and is preparing a seventh payment resolution to pay the subsidies corresponding to the files in which deficiencies had been detected – due to lack of documentation, among other reasons – and which have been amended by the applicants.

The sixth payment of the 2022 housing rental subsidies of 653,000 euros to almost 300 beneficiaries

With this sixth payment resolution, so far, of the 2022 call for rental subsidies, payments have been resolved for an amount of 5.3 million to a total of 2,440 beneficiaries. The new resolution and all the information on this aid can be consulted on the website ajudeslloguer.caib.es .

Soon, the Directorate General for Housing and Architecture will resolve a new payment of the 2022 rental subsidies to applicants who meet the requirements and who have correctly amended the deficiencies detected during the review phase of those files with shortcomings.

In this way, the settlement of the aid pending for 2022 will be advanced. At the same time, applications for rental subsidies for 2023 are being reviewed to start soon with the first payment decisions of last year’s call for applications for rental subsidies.

This year, priority has been given to resolving the pending aid for 2022, taking into account the volume of unresolved applications, both from last year and the year before, given that the pending aid for 2021 was not resolved until the payment of last December 2023.

In addition, the Directorate General for Housing and Architecture is also preparing a new Bono Alquiler Joven payment resolution for the coming weeks. This is the eighth payment of the Bono Alquiler Joven, of which a payment was already made three weeks ago and so far 5.3 million have been paid to nearly 1,400 beneficiaries.
