The new director joins the Department of the Presidency and replaces Alicia Vinaixa

Carmen Ripoll has been sworn in as the new island director of Youth, replacing Alicia Vinaixa, following her resignation. Ripoll has been actively involved in citizen participation as part of the public administration in administration teams, organisation of fairs and business talent.

The new island director was a councillor on the Marratxí Town Council from 2015 to 2023. In the same way, she has been part of the Presidency of the Marratxí Local Board of the Spanish Association Against Cancer (2013-2017) and now, she continues with her solidarity work as part of the Board of Directors of the Rotary Club, an international foundation aimed at transforming humanitarian projects.

The Councillor of the Presidency, Antoni Fuster, has entrusted Carmen Ripoll to continue with the work done and to promote youth policies.
