The Govern de les Illes Balears, through the Balearic School of Public Administration (EBAP), has held today, Saturday, in Mallorca and Ibiza, the corresponding multiple-choice exams in the competitive examination procedure for the CAIB’s Senior and Management bodies of the General Administration. Likewise, the exams for the ordinary examinations for the Corps of Auditors and Intervention, called in May of last year, were also held. The Government of the Balearic Islands holds competitive examinations for the CAIB’s senior and management bodies of general administration

A total of 626 candidates were called in Mallorca and 16 in Ibiza for the tests for the Senior A1 Corps, who competed for one of the 40 places available, 38 in Mallorca and 2 in Ibiza. Of the applicants called for the Senior Corps, 367 in Mallorca and 5 in Ibiza finally applied.

As for the Management Corps, for which 3 places have been offered in Mallorca, the expected number of candidates was 375 on this island, although 42 candidates finally sat the exam. All these places correspond to the ordinary offer for 2019, 2020 and 2021.

As for the exams of the Corps of Auditors and Intervention, of which 4 places had been called in Mallorca, the number of candidates called was 51 and finally 12 have been presented.

The CAIB Administration had not held these selective entrance exams in execution of the ordinary offer since November 2019 in the case of the Senior Corps and since March 2022 in the case of the Management Corps.
