In this new call for applications, a new feature is added: the duration of the contract is extended to nine months, instead of the four or six months of previous editions, to ensure better consolidation of professional skills and offer greater job stability.

The Reactiva subsidy programme is implemented in collaboration with the local entities of the Islands. It is financed with funds from the Sectoral Conference on Employment and Labour Affairs and is expected to be co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) within the framework of the ESF+ Operational Programme 2021-2027 of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands (PIBAL ESF).
