This is an endowment development of 57 dwellings, with a built surface area of 4,769 m² distributed over the ground floor and three floors. It consists of 51 one-bedroom dwellings of between 36 m² and 38 m² usable area and six two-bedroom dwellings of between 48 m² and 52 m² usable area, three of them adapted for disabled people. On the ground floor there is a social room and the rest of the building has communal areas.
Among the tenant profiles of this new development, there are 42 single people and seven couples, and a mix of young and old people, with 39 people over 65 and another 14 tenants under the age of 35.

It is worth remembering that this is a development whose work began in October 2020 and ended in July 2024. This development was paralysed and has suffered further delays due to financial problems of the construction company until it went bankrupt in October 2023. In addition, the reception of the road by the City Council was pending, which was confirmed at the end of July.
The IBAVI is maintaining the pace of investment in new developments. More than 600 subsidised housing units are currently being planned and it is expected that during this month and next month, the keys will be handed over to other new developments which, together with the one delivered on Monday, will total more than 100 homes.
