The 3rd Sustainable Destinations Summit will bring together opinion leaders and top international tourism and environment officials in Mallorca

The Consell de Mallorca, in collaboration with the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UN Tourism), is co-organising the summit, which will be held this year at the Hotel Zoetry Mallorca.

The President of the Consell de Mallorca, Llorenç Galmés; the Councillor for Tourism, José Marcial Rodríguez; and the Director of Tourism, Susanna Sciacovelli; together with the Executive Director of UN Tourism, Zoritsa Urosevic, will host the 2-day event, which will bring together prominent decision-makers, experts and opinion leaders from the tourism and related sectors, with a common goal: to move forward as allies towards a more sustainable future, not only in tourism but in all social and economic spheres.

The website https://mallorcasustainablesummit.com/ has all the information and updates on the Summit programme and a link to attend. In addition, a press room will be available to the media on both days of the conference.

It should be noted that the Summit forms part of Responsible Tourism Week, which will take place from 15th to 21st October and brings together two other internationally important meetings: Sages and Scientists, organised by the non-profit Chopra Foundation (15th-16th October) and the Green Film Forum, organised by the Mallorca Film Commission (19th-20th October).
