25 tutors of young volunteers from all over Spain will attend the National Course on Mental Health and Well-being of the European Solidarity

25 tutors from all over Spain

A total of 25 tutors will attend, from the Islands (3), Andalusia (2), the Canary Islands (3), Catalonia (4), Castilla León (5), Galicia (1), La Rioja (1), Madrid (1), Murcia (2), Aragón (1), Navarra (1) and Extremadura (1).

The course aims to be a safe space where participants can share and discover, with the help of a psychologist, strategies to take care of their mental health, their well-being and that of the people they tutor. It also aims to demystify stigmas, promote self-knowledge and acquire new strategies.

In recent years, there has been an increased awareness of the importance of mental health, which has prompted governments to take action. The tutors of young volunteers are often subject to situations of great responsibility and are professional role models and facilitators of very enriching personal growth experiences.
