The Strategic Framework for Primary and Community Care includes one hundred proposals for action

The Primary Care Infrastructure Improvement Plan includes improvements in infrastructure and technological equipment.

The Health Service will receive a current credit transfer of 4,376,001.96 euros from the Ministry of Health to develop the Strategic Framework for Primary and Community Care and the Primary Care Infrastructure Improvement Plan.

Health receives €4m to develop the Strategic Framework and the Primary Care Infrastructure Plan

The Strategic Framework for Primary and Community Care includes 100 proposals for action, incorporated into 6 strategic lines and 23 objectives, aimed at improving health care and moving towards the strengthening and leadership of primary health care.

About the MINAP Plan (Primary Care Infrastructure Improvement Plan), the Balearic Islands are allocated a total amount of 2,279,592 euros to finance investment expenditure aimed at developing actions such as the following:

• Acquisition of diagnostic, therapeutic and non-clinical equipment.
• Adaptation of the infrastructures of health centres, points of continuous care, radiology, physiotherapy and/or emergency rooms.
• Acquisition of digital tools and software licences related to the improvement of the resolution capacity of primary care, optimisation of administrative procedures, coordination with other levels of care, improvement of management or implementation of integrated demand management models.
