The Government presents a new programme to encourage the acceleration of start-ups in the Balearic Islands
Some thirty entities related to entrepreneurship and some forty local employment and development agents (AODL) met this morning at one of the meetings of the XSPE, an initiative created by the Regional Development Agency (ADR Balears). The XSPE aims to coordinate all the public services at local, insular, regional and state levels that work to support and carry out key procedures and services of value in the process of creating and consolidating companies.
The meeting focused on the different lines of business financing available to ADR Balears in collaboration with other entities, such as Microbank’s microcredits for entrepreneurs, or Colonya Caixa Pollença’s products. The Ibavals line was also presented for industrial companies that want to carry out productive investments or improvements in sustainability. This aid from ADR Balears finances the costs of the loan guaranteed by ISBA, SGR.
Finally, the agri-food cooperatives were welcomed as new members of the XSPE, which currently has 33 entities and 45 local institutions.
