Aimed at boosting productive investment and promoting the implementation of industrial projects that contribute to the growth of the Balearic Islands.
The Consell de Govern has today granted the Minister of Enterprise, Employment and Energy the authority, through the advance spending procedure, to call for aid to promote, on the one hand, major investment actions for the modernisation of the productive and digital structure of industrial activity in the Balearic Islands and, on the other hand, the call for subsidies to promote the modernisation of the productive and digital structure of industrial activity in the Community.
The total amount of aid is €6,200,000, distributed for the year 2025 in a budget of €3,880,000 for major actions and €2,320,000 for other industrial activities, charged to the following budget items.

The Ministry of Enterprise, Employment and Energy aims to encourage and promote, through these calls, productive investment and promote the implementation of industrial projects that contribute to the growth, dynamisation and economic diversification of the Balearic Islands, with the capacity to generate quality jobs while encouraging the depersonalisation of production.
The promotion and modernisation programmes pursue the implementation of total quality systems, training, the promotion of physical infrastructures and technological areas and specialisation in activities that are most in demand, with added value and technological intensity, among other objectives.
