Interested parties must submit their applications before 31 December 2024.

PortsIB reminds you that 31 December 2024 is the deadline for submitting applications for temporary mooring authorisations based on list 7 in the ports of Cala Bona, Cala Figuera, Cala Rajada, Porto Cristo, Portopetro and Sóller. This procedure is aimed at current holders of temporary authorisations who wish to exercise their preferential right and renew their mooring for the next period.

To facilitate the process, PortsIB has made its electronic headquarters (https://portsib.sedelectronica.es) available to users, where they can carry out the procedure quickly and easily. In addition, those who prefer to present their application in person can hand in the documentation at PortsIB’s central offices, located at Calle Vicente Tofiño, 36, Coll d’en Rabassa (Palma).

Applications can also be sent using any of the methods allowed by Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on common administrative procedure, as established in article 16.4.

Interested parties must submit their application before 31 December 2024. Those holders who do not formalise the procedure within the established deadline will lose the preferential right to their assigned mooring, as stipulated in Decree 11/2011, and will be evicted from the site.

PortsIB encourages users to opt for the telematic route to speed up the process. However, it also offers in-person assistance to resolve any doubts or incidents that may arise during the process.

This reminder aims to ensure that all current holders can renew their authorisations without inconvenience and continue to enjoy their mooring in the ports managed by PortsIB.
