Inca Town Council has launched a new mixed training and employment project under the SOIB 30 programme and another under the SOIB Jove Formació i Ocupació programme. These projects last approximately twelve months and combine a training and apprenticeship contract with professional tasks in different areas of the Town Council.

Inca clip is the name given to the first training project, which focuses on data and document recording and processing operations, together with other training related to the profession, aimed at people over the age of 30. On the other hand, the mixed project ‘Inca construeix’ has been launched, which offers the student-worker the professional certificate level 1 ‘Auxiliary operations of masonry of factories and roofs’, as well as the training speciality ‘Construction of dry stone’, aimed at young people under 30 years of age.

The Inca Training Centre launches two new mixed projects in the framework of the SOIB Training and Employment programme

Thus, a total of 30 student-workers have begun their training with Inca Clip and Inca Construye and have an alternating training contract, which combines training and paid work activity, work that they carry out for the different areas of the Inca City Council.

Finally, it should be noted that the Inca builds the project, SOIB Jove Formación y Empleo is financed by the SOIB, with the participation of the SEPE and co-financed by the European Social Fund, and the Inca clip project, SOIB 30, is financed by the SOIB through the Sectorial Conference of Employment and Labour Affairs.
