This year, the Casal de Cultura in Inca was the venue chosen to present the major events of the Dijous Bo week. The Inca Batle, Virgilio Moreno and the Dijous Bo councillor, Antoni Peña, accompanied by other members of the Town Council and representatives of local associations and entities, announced the programme of the great fair of the Balearic Islands “After a 2020 without Dijous Bo, this year we are especially excited to present Dijous Bo. In recent weeks we have been able to enjoy the fairs thanks to the effort we have all made in recent months, and now it is up to us to prepare for our big week.” Points out the mayor of Inca, Virgilio Moreno.

In this sense, Moreno points out that “the Dijous Bo is more than just a day, it is a feeling that fills us with satisfaction and makes us very proud of Inca. Dijous Bo is made up of each and every one of the people who participate in the events we have presented today and contribute to making Inca ,and not just all those who organise it”.
For his part, councillor Antoni Peña explains that “this programme shows that Inca has restarted its activity and is walking again, as well as being emphasised in this year’s poster. Thanks to the participation and willingness of all and all, we maintain the same activities as in recent years with approximately 9 kilometres of sample and sale.
So on Friday the great week of Inca begins with the celebration of the Pregón by Tomeu Martorell. At the weekend, the festivity of Santa María la Mayor, co-patron saint of Inca, is celebrated. Then, throughout the week, there is a whole series of activities until Dijous Bo arrives with activities for the children to enjoy together.
