Rosa Maria Tarragó

The Regional Minister of Health, Manuela García Romero, today chaired the Board of Trustees, the highest governing body of the institution, in which its new composition was constituted in an extraordinary meeting. She also appointed Rosa Maria Tarragó Llobera as managing director of the Banc de Sang i Teixits de les Illes Balears.

Rosa Maria Tarragó holds a degree in Law from the University of the Balearic Islands. Her professional career includes responsibilities in various fields, such as tourism, local administration and real estate. Her dedication to public services stands out, especially as a councillor of the City Council of Inca, where she has exercised tasks of control of the opposition and has actively participated in various informative commissions, boards and plenary sessions. During these years, he has demonstrated a great capacity for initiative, creativity and the ability to turn ideas into realities that benefit the community.

With this appointment, the Conselleria de Salud reaffirms its commitment to quality and innovation in the field of blood and tissue donation, and looks forward to achieving new goals under his leadership.
