The mayor of Inca, Virgilio Moreno; the councillor for Participation and Town Planning, Andreu Caballero; the councillor for Commerce and Promotion of the city, Miguel Ángel Cortés; the councillor for the Footwear and Industry Museum, Antònia Maria Sabater; together with the president of the Rotary Club of Inca, David Fernández; and members of the board of directors have visited the new location of the sculpture given by the organisation in the capital of the Raiguer, 25 years ago.

Thus, following the construction of the new roundabout located on Avenida General Luque, the Rotary Club Inca requested the transfer of the sculpture, located at the Sencelles roundabout, to this new location. With this new location, at one of the busiest entrances to Inca, the Rotary Club Inca explained in its request that the Rotary symbol will be given more notoriety and prestige, while at the same time gaining presence in Inca society.

The Rotary Club Inca gave the city of Inca this sculpture in order to publicise the work they do in our city at the service of the community and the neediest people and entities. In addition, the work pays tribute to the footwear sector, a fundamental pillar of the Inca industry.

29 Years of service to the Community, in Inca.
On Friday 1st June 2018, with a large attendance of Rotary Clubs of the island and collaborators of the Rotary Club of Inca, we celebrated the 25th Anniversary of its Foundation.

A solemn and very well-organised event attended by a large group of Rotarians from RC Mallorca. Many congratulations.
