This new bus line is in addition to the recent extension of line L50B, which connects Ibiza’s park-and-ride lots with the city centre throughout this summer.
The Consell Insular de Eivissa
The Eivissa Island Council, at the request of Eivissa Town Council, has launched a variant of bus line L45, line L45C, which runs through the historic centre of Eivissa Town, thus allowing tourists and residents to access the old walled town of Dalt Vila in a more comfortable way.
This ‘L45C’ line, which is free for everyone, follows a circular route starting in Jaume I street, at the entrance to Dalt Vila, and has stops at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Sa Carrossa Square, the Town Hall and Dalt Vila. This service began on Friday 28th July and will continue to operate until the end of the summer, with a timetable from 18:00 hours to 00:00 hours and a frequency of 30 minutes at each stop.
The purpose of this bus line is to complement users’ access to the highest part of the capital of Ibiza, with several stops that allow visitors to discover the bastions and nooks and crannies of the walled enclosure of Dalt Vila.
