The President of the Government of the Balearic Islands, Margalida Prohens, attended the official presentation of the first edition of the Garden Hotels – Luxcom Challenge Ciclista Mallorca for women and the XXXIII edition of the Challenge Ciclista Mallorca, in the courtyard of the Consulado de Mar.

The first edition of the Garden Hotels – Luxcom Challenge Ciclista Mallorca for women and the XXXIII edition of the Challenge Ciclista Mallorca

The event was attended by Jaime Martínez, the mayor of Palma, and the president of the Consell de Mallorca, Llorenç Galmés, as well as the general director of Unisport Consulting, Manuel Hernández, and the vice-president and CEO of Garden Hotels and Luxcom, Gabriel Llobera.

During the event, the eight trophies – three women’s races and five men’s – that make up the 2024 edition were presented. Different mayors and mayors of the municipalities through which the different stages pass have participated:

Felanitx – Colonia de Sant Jordi Trophy, women’s race.
Palma Trophy, women’s race.
Binissalem-Andratx Trophy, women’s race.
Calvià Trophy, men’s event.
Ses Salines – Felanitx Trophy, men’s event.
Sierra de Tramuntana Trophy, men’s event.
Pollença – Puerto de Andraitx Trophy, men’s event.
Palma – Palma Trophy, men’s event.
