Long-term credit operations for an amount of up to €992 million

\ This indebtedness will be financed using financing funds of the autonomous communities articulated by the State.

The Consell de Govern has today authorised the conclusion of one or more long-term credit operations for an amount of up to 992,005,776.78 euros. On the one hand, they will be used to finance part of the ordinary capital repayments of the debt portfolio of the entities that make up the public sector of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands, by the regulations governing budgetary stability and the European System of National and Regional Accounts (ESA) for the year, for an amount of up to 953,235,776.78 euros.

On the other hand, it includes the possible financing of the deficit target for the year by 0.1% of the regional GDP, for an amount of 38,770,000 euros according to the latest figure communicated by the Ministry of Finance and Public Function, by the budgetary stability objectives approved by the Council of Ministers on 12 December 2023 with the return to fiscal rules for the period 2024-2026.

This indebtedness will be financed through financing funds of the autonomous communities articulated by the State.
