The TIB has improved the service of the lines in the area of Inca

Campanet and Búger (TIB line 314) improved their communication with the Inca, going from 10 to 15 daily services. It is worth mentioning a new early service so that residents of these two towns can connect with the train that arrives in Palma at 7.15 a.m. (and that will also allow them to be at the UIB before 8.00 a.m.).

A new connection is created from both towns (Campanet and Búger) to Sa Pobla (where they have the reference health centre), with 6 round trips every working day.

Mancor de la Vall and Biniamar (line TIB 311) improved their connectivity with Inca, from the current 9 daily services to 12.

Weekend connections will increase from the current 3 to 8 daily connections as of March 1st.

The service between Inca and Lluc (line TIB 312) significantly increases its seating capacity: on the one hand, it goes from 3 to 4 daily connections; and, on the other hand, it will always be provided with a 51-seat bus (while it currently operates with a 22-seat minibus).

Muro also benefits from the incorporation of this 51-seater bus in the region of the Inca, increasing its daily offer of communication with the Inca from 10 to 14 round-trip services.

The new line 313 is created to reinforce the offer of public transport in the municipality of Selva. Thus, together with line 312, Caimari and Selva will have 13 daily connections with Inca (instead of the current 10), and Moscari will increase from 7 to 9 daily connections.

Extension of the TIB service in the bay of Alcúdia

From March 1st, the suburban service between Can Picafort and Alcúdia (line TIB 324) will start, with 3 articulated buses that will ensure a frequency of 30 minutes each way. In addition, the entry into service of line 324 will free line 302 (Can Picafort – Alcúdia – Inca – Palma) to cover the suburban section between Can Picafort and Alcúdia, thus being able to allocate all the seats to the routes to Inca and Palma.

Reinforcement of the TIB de Ponent lines to bring the bus service forward to the tourist season.

The main regular bus services operating in the Ponent region will be extended as of next Friday, March 1st.

The residents of the municipality of Andratx will have a new connection that will allow them to reach Palma from 7.00 a.m. (line TIB 101). This improvement will remain stable every month of the year.

Muro also benefits from the incorporation of this 51-seater bus in the region of Inca, increasing its daily offer of communication with Inca from 10 to 14 round-trip services.

The residents of the municipality of Andratx will have a new connection that will allow them to reach Palma from 7.00 a.m. (line TIB 101). This improvement will remain stable every month of the year.

The important tourist resorts of Peguera (TIB line 102) and Santa Ponça (TIB line 103) will enjoy, from March 1st, 5 additional daily connections with Palma. And as for Palmanova and Magaluf (TIB lines 104 and 105), the increase of offer is even more outstanding, going from 20 to 28 daily connections with Palma.

On the other hand, the communication between Costa de la Calma and Palma is now made exclusively through line 103, so that the towns of Es Capdellà, Calvià, Son Bugadelles and Galatzó (TIB line 107) reduce the travel time to Palma, due to the time saving of not circulating through Costa de la Calma. In addition, this shortening of the route allows adding 2 daily round trips to line 107.

Muro also benefits from the incorporation of this 51-seater bus in the region of Inca, increasing its daily offer of communication with Inca from 10 to 14 round-trip services.
