5th International Congress of Neuroeducation

During the last two years, they have worked together with the other two schools that are part of the project: CEIP Mendigoiti in Pamplona and CEIP Attilio Bruschetti in Xàtiva.

The CEIP Rosa dels Vents de la Colònia de Sant Pere (Artà) has been awarded at the 5th International Congress on Neuroeducation for its collaboration in the project “Dualiza-te”: design of learning environments and situations in DUA key” carried out jointly with the CEIP Mendigoiti de Pamplona (Navarra) and the CEIP Attilio Bruschetti de Xàtiva (Valencia).

The three schools have demonstrated an exceptional commitment to creating inclusive educational environments, taking into account evidence from research and neuroeducation, and implementing active methodologies that promote the educational success of all students.

The project “Dualiza-te”: design of learning environments and situations in DUA key” was selected to make communication at the 5th International Congress of Neuroeducation and has received the audience award, giving important recognition to the schools involved.

The “Dualiza-te” idea was selected two years ago by the Ministry of Education and has been distinguished by its holistic approach to the development of early childhood and primary school students. Through this collaboration, the centres have shared practices and knowledge to continue improving their educational projects by offering a proposal that respects the individual needs of each student, within meaningful and motivational learning environments, and have integrated active methodologies and educational proposals based on research in neuroscience and SAD”.

This project has also led to the creation of the INDEA tool (Neuroeducational Indicators for the Design of Learning Environments) based, on the one hand, on the principles of Universal Design for Learning and, on the other, on the principles and precepts of Neuroeducation. The proposal includes a hundred or so indicators to guide schools and evaluate their learning environments according to these basic principles.

The Regional Ministry of Education and Universities congratulates CEIP Rosa dels Vents for this well-deserved award.
