The Government will launch the “Balearic Islands, trade vouchers” discount campaign on the 24th of April

The Department of Enterprise, Employment and Energy, through the Directorate General for Enterprise, the Self-Employed and Trade, has launched the call for applications for the “Balearic Islands, trade vouchers” programme to stimulate the commercial sector, aimed at micro and small commercial companies on the islands and certain service companies.

The call, which this year has a budget of 1,375,200 euros, subsidises the purchase of goods in retail outlets participating in the campaign, by means of a discount voucher.

The campaign will begin on 24 April and end on 30 June. Shops interested in joining the programme can apply between the 15th of March and the 9th of April, through the website that the Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Services and Navigation of Mallorca, as a collaborating entity, will set up to carry out the process (www.bonsillesbalears.com).

The discount vouchers that will be made available to the public can be used in one or several establishments and in a single purchase, in which a deduction of 15 euros can be applied for every 30 euros consumed.
