Studies in Pharmacy

In the period 2016-23, 200 students from the islands requested the transfer of their transcript to study the degree in Pharmacy at other universities.

The Consell de Govern of today, 19 April 2024, has agreed to authorise the University of the Balearic Islands to offer the official studies of the degree of Pharmacy from the next academic year, 2024-2025.

In this way, the necessary procedures have been completed for these highly demanded studies to become a reality from the next academic year. In the 2016-23 period, a total of 200 students from the Balearic Islands applied to transfer their transcripts to study the Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy at other universities.

The Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy will be an official degree of the University of the Balearic Islands and will be taught on campus in Palma. It is a 300-credit degree of the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) divided into five courses of 60 ECTS credits each….

The UIB will offer 35 places for new students to take these courses as of the next academic year.
