Several UIB postgraduate courses on sexual violence are authorised

These subsidies will be charged to the finalist fund of the State Pact against Gender Violence.

The Consell de Govern has authorised the Conselleria de Familias y Asuntos Sociales to advance the payment of an amount of 92,000 €, from the finalist fund Pacto de Estado contra la Violencia Machista to finance the following training activities of the University of the Balearic Islands for the academic year 2024-2025:

• Postgraduate University Specialist in Coeducation, for an amount of €32,000.
• Postgraduate course in Interdisciplinary Intervention in Sexual Violence, for an amount of €32,000.
• Postgraduate course in Social Intervention in Situations of Human Trafficking and Prostitution, for an amount of €28,000.

The grant will be paid in advance. In this regard, it has the approval of the Director of the Balearic Institute for Women, for reasons of public interest.
