The presentation of IB Digital’s Action Plan

The budget of the Balearic Agency for Digitalisation, Cybersecurity and Telecommunications for the financial year 2024 is 11,958,535 euros.

The Consell de Govern has taken note of the presentation of the Action Plan of the Balearic Agency for Digitalisation, Cybersecurity and Telecommunications (IB Digital) for the financial year 2024. This Plan, unanimously approved by the Board of Directors of IB Digital on 16 April, sets the following objectives for the year 2024:

Infrastructure: creation, management and maintenance of public telecommunications centres (passive physical infrastructure for telecommunications).
TETRAIB: management and operation of the professional mobile telecommunications network for the emergency and security forces of the Balearic Islands (tetraIB network).
DTT: extension of digital television signal coverage to dark reception areas throughout the Balearic Islands and distribution of 100% of the regional multiplex (IB3 and TV3, C33, 3/24 + radio stations).
