SAMU 061 will be wearing new uniforms on Monday, 3 June. The most important visual change will be in the polo shirts, both long-sleeved and short-sleeved. The traditional white polo shirt will no longer be worn. From now on they will be fluorescent red, a more visible colour -with incorporated reflectors-, with a black collar and a lateral stripe on the torso and sleeves, also in black. All the clothing will have yellow details with the aim of increasing the visibility of the professionals in complex environments where identification is essential to ensure their safety while working.

There will also be changes to the trousers. The new trousers will be more ergonomic, moving from navy blue to black combined with fluorescent red on the side bands and pocket and details in fluorescent yellow.

In addition, the new uniforms will be of better quality than the current ones, with more modern and safer fabrics and an ergonomic design.
