19 new positions for infant educators from 0 to 3 years of age in the Balearic Islands

The Consell de Govern has authorised the creation of 19 new positions for infant educators in the Balearic Islands.

The creation of these posts, which will have to be filled, responds to the need to incorporate these technicians in the new educational centres where the first cycle of infant education will be introduced from the next academic year onwards. Thus, six positions for infant educators have been created for CEIP Anselm Turmeda in Palma, six more for CEIP Son Pisà, also in Palma, two for CEIP Verge Maria de Consolació de s’Alqueria Blanca, in Santanyí, three at CEIP Joan Veny i Clar in Campos and two more at the Can Nebot nursery school in Sant Josep de sa Talaia, on the island of Ibiza.

The places have been created by the Regional Ministry of the Presidency and Public Administrations at the request of the Regional Ministry of Education and Universities to cover the needs of the first cycle of infant education.
