Consell de Eivissa, AENA and the Island Taxi Federation launched an information service on legal transport at the airport

This measure, promoted by FITIE and AENA, in collaboration with the Consell Insular de Eivissa, is intended to act as a dissuasive tool in the fight against illegal transport and also as a direct information tool, as the stand has been placed between the first departure gate after baggage collection and the street.

The stand will be open from 08:00 in the morning until 9:00 p.m. and will be staffed by one person who will be on duty to provide information and assistance. It is expected to be installed by the end of September.

Finally, island director Roberto Algaba said that in the coming weeks “a new informative video will be presented on the importance of using legal transport and the stickers with arrows on the ground will also be renewed to inform visitors on how to access official transport”.
