Agriculture, Fisheries and the Natural Environment will allocate more than two million euros to the call for applications for aid under the National Food and Wine Plan

One million euros will be earmarked for the line to improve the energy efficiency of agri-food product packaging systems and more than 900,000 euros for aid to create and develop food and wine tourism products and experiences.

The Regional Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and the Natural Environment, through the Balearic Islands Agricultural and Fisheries Guarantee Fund (FOGAIBA), will allocate more than two million euros to the call for subsidies included in the National Food and Wine Plan.

Agriculture, Fisheries and the Natural Environment will allocate more than two million euros to the call for applications for aid under the National Food and Wine Plan.

Specifically, in the coming weeks, the line for improving energy efficiency in the design or development of processes and systems for packaging, storage, logistics and distribution of agricultural, agri-food and fishery products will be opened for a maximum of 1,024,899 euros. There will also be another line of subsidies to create and develop food and wine tourism products and experiences that link agricultural, agri-food and fisheries production with tourism, for a maximum of 937,500 euros.

On the other hand, and within this National Enogastronomy Plan, the Regional Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and the Natural Environment plans to call for two more lines dedicated to the fishing sector, for a total amount of 156,831 euros.
