What is Rotary?
Rotary International has more than 1.2 million members worldwide and is present in more than 130 countries. In Spain it is divided into 3 zones, the Balearic Islands belongs to district 2203 with more than 100 clubs and almost 2600 members. We must keep in mind that we are all volunteers in all the actions we carry out.

Our objectives are:
Fight against diseases.
To promote peace.
Promotion of education.
Development of local economies.
Supporting the environment.

What aspects would you highlight about Rotarians in the Balearic Islands?
We have two transversal projects and another in projection, always designed with young people in mind to guide them in the values for a better society.

One of these projects is the Rotary Youth Orchestra, which has been helping young people with music for some years now.
