Among the approved proposals, the most important is the demand to the Spanish Government to sign a new Road Agreement, with a minimum investment of 129,000,000.00€ to be able to carry out different projects to improve safety on the island’s road network.

Other proposals addressed to the central government refer to the reform of the Horizontal Property Law so that a tourist flat can be legally considered an economic activity and can be prosecuted by the civil jurisdiction. It was also approved to urge the Spanish government to assume the guardianship and foster care of unaccompanied minors arriving on the islands of Eivissa and Formentera or, where appropriate, to provide sufficient economic means to meet the needs arising from their guardianship and foster care; to finance the additional cost of recovering the waste generated on the island of Ibiza, as well as to provide annual budget allocations to guarantee the financing of the additional cost involved in their transfer; to reduce the leisure advertising of clubs and discotheques inside Ibiza airport; and to increase the economic amount allocated to the insularity bonus for State civil servants on the island of Ibiza.
