At the same time, the approved document includes the appointment of Councillor Andreu Caballero as instructor-rapporteur. Councillor Alice Weber will act as prosecutor of the case.

In this sense, it should be noted that for the granting of honorary appointments, the municipal regulations require the prior processing of an administrative file, whose instruction will serve to determine, justify and substantiate the concurrence of the merits or circumstances in the candidate proposed to be beneficiaries of these.

Gabriel Pieras Salom was born in Inca (Mallorca) in 1942. For over 40 years he worked as a primary school teacher and Catalan language teacher at the Beat Ramon Llull School in Inca. He is the author of an extensive written work on the history, heritage and culture of the Inca. Thanks to his work in history, he has rescued much of the Inca’s past from oblivion and has actively made it known through the publication of many written works and the media.
