IBDONA approves the call for grants for projects against male violence for 2024

The Balearic Women’s Institute (IBDONA) has published the call for grants for projects to promote and support equal opportunities between women and men and to prevent and eradicate male violence for the year 2024. The grants are financed by the State Pact against Gender Violence and have a maximum amount of 300,000 euros.

The call for proposals establishes two types of grants. One of €200,000 which, among others, contemplates actions and programmes aimed at supporting women’s associations and participation in all spheres, programmes aimed at promoting equal opportunities or the prevention of violence against women, co-education or the prevention of sexual harassment. The other modality, of €100,000, subsidises research projects, studies and other technical work.

The maximum grant is 80% of the eligible cost of the expenditure, with a limit of €10,000 in the first category and €20,000 in the second.

The deadline for submitting applications is twenty calendar days from today, 4 August. That is, from the day after the publication of the rules in the BOIB.
