The Institute of Infrastructures and Educational Services of the Regional Ministry of Education and Universities has announced the tender for the repair works of the cornices and façades of the CEIP Joan Benejam in Ciutadella.

Educació puts out to tender the repair of the cornices and the facades of the CEIP Joan Benejam of Ciutadella

The project, with a completion period of two months, has as its main objective the repair of the reinforced concrete cornices, as well as the restoration and repainting of the building’s façades. The works will be carried out during the summer of 2025 so as not to interfere with the school’s teaching activities.

Specifically, the planned actions include the revision, chipping, renovation, cleaning and reconstruction of the areas affected by pathologies, followed by the complete painting of the cornices and façades. The aim is to guarantee the safety and improve the aesthetics of the educational building.
