The director general of the Treasury closes the XXX Jornadas del Seguro Balear (30th Balearic Insurance Conference)

In this edition, three main topics were discussed: the generational change of insurance consumers, their new needs and the way they relate to intermediaries; the current situation of the insurance market, the challenges related to the insurance of certain risks and the concentration of the market; and the advances, opportunities and risks of the use of technologies and artificial intelligence.

Among the attendees were the president of the Association of Insurance Mediators of the Balearic Islands, Antonio Balaguer, representatives of companies in the sector, and experts in process optimisation.
