The Department of Innovation and Transparency of the Consell Insular de Eivissa has launched a new system of communication with citizens via telephone and WhatsApp to improve and optimise communications.

The Consell de Eivissa launches a new communication channel with citizens via WhatsApp
Thus, from now on, through the telephone number 971 195 906, which can also be found on Whatsapp, interested parties can obtain immediate information on procedures, applications, documentation and services offered by the Consell Insular. The opening hours of this service are Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00 hours and Saturdays from 9:00 to 14:00 hours.
This is one of the ways for citizens to contact the Registration Service Office (formerly the OAC), which now has a new e-mail address, oamr@conselld’eivissa.es, and the opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm.
With this new communication system, the Council wishes to make it easier for users to contact the institution directly to carry out general procedures or obtain information of interest.
