Once again this year, Inca Town Council is commemorating World Breast Cancer Day, which is celebrated every 19 November. For this reason, today the traditional hanging of the commemorative banner was carried out by the Mayor of Inca, Virgilio Moreno; the Councillor for Health, Maria Antònia Pons; along with other members of the council and representatives of the municipal political groups. The event was also attended by the vice-president of the Spanish Association Against Cancer in the Balearic Islands, Jaime Bellido, and the head of the delegation in Inca, Ricardo Parra.

In addition, during these days the façade of the town hall will be illuminated in pink, a colour that traditionally represents the perseverance and fight of women against cancer.
