Palma hosts a varied programme of concerts in different genres and professional days until Saturday the 9th.
The professional music and performing arts market of the Balearic Islands, Fira B!, continues its 9th edition with the music programme. From the 6th to the 9th, a total of 59 musical proposals will be presented, from classical music to electronic music, as well as contemporary, traditional, folk, jazz, rock, indie and urban music.
Over four days, spectators and professionals from the sector will be able to enjoy the most important performances from Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera, but also from the national and international scene, which will be held in the Xesc Forteza Theatre and Es Gremi Centre Musical. Performers include Pitxorines, Júlia Colom, Maria Hein, Chicuelo / Mezquida, Negre, Xanguito, Daniela Pes, Sandra Monfort and Petros Klampanis.
The first day is devoted to classical and contemporary music, and the performances will take place in the Xesc Forteza Theatre. On Thursday the 7th and Friday the 8th, the stars of the show will be pop, rock, urban music, jazz and roots music, in the three halls of Es Gremi. On Saturday the 9th of November, the Xesc Forteza Theatre will host jazz performances.

Fira B! 2024 de Música kicks off this Wednesday the 6th
The musicians who form part of the programme have been selected from among the more than 600 proposals submitted through the open call that closed at the end of February.
This year, for the first time, Fira B! has a guest country, Poland, in collaboration with its export agency, Music Export Poland. Various professionals have been invited to take part in the professional days and we will be presenting a sample of groups from the country, with Coals, Sutari, KLAWO, O.N.E and RW Trio.
This year’s programme also includes the ‘Enederrock Awards for Balearic Music 2024’, which will be held on the 6th of November at Palma’s Teatre Principal.
The professional conferences will be held every morning at the Teatre Mar i Terra and will be a meeting point for professionals and artists from the music sector, with talks, workshops, presentations and speedmeetings. The main themes of the professional conferences will deal with export and dissemination, synchronisation, mental health in the music industry, launch strategies and coprogramming, among other issues of interest.
