Productivity allowance and bonuses for civil servant teaching staff have been modified

Using this modification, it has been agreed to increase from 80 to 150 hours of overtime so that, among other functions, teachers can teach directly in any speciality that, due to the obvious difficulty in finding teachers to fill them, has not been awarded.

Teachers will only be able to work overtime in the school to which they are assigned.
