A total of 425 positions are available for secondary and primary school teachers, inspectors and specialists, among other categories.

The Regional Ministry of Education and Universities has three years to organise the competitive examinations for these positions.

Approval of the 2024 public employment offer for non-university civil servant teaching staff

The Consell de Govern has approved the public employment offer for the year 2024 corresponding to civil servant staff in the non-university teaching corps in the service of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands.

It is a total of 425 vacancies corresponding to the replacement rate of the corps of inspectors (6 vacancies), secondary education teachers (281 vacancies), teachers of official language schools (5 vacancies), teachers of music and performing arts (7 vacancies), teachers of plastic arts and design (7 vacancies), teachers (68 vacancies) and specialist teachers in special sectors of vocational training (51 vacancies).

Following the publication of the Agreement adopted today, the Regional Ministry of Education and Universities has a period of three years to hold the competitive examinations and implement the offer, which was agreed at the Sectorial Education Committee on 28 October 2024.
