The Foundation directly manages Son Tugores, Son Güells, Son Llebre, Can Raspalls, Can Blai and Sa Serra.
The users of the centres managed directly by the Fundación de Atención y Apoyo a la Dependencia y de Promoción de la Autonomía Personal (Foundation for Care and Support for Dependency and Promotion of Personal Autonomy) have, as usual for these dates, specially designed activities and menus for lunch and dinner on the main days.
Thus, the residences Son Tugores (Palma), Son Güells (Palma), Son Llebre (Marratxí), Can Raspalls (Sant Josep), Can Blai (Santa Eulària) and Sa Serra (Sant Antoni) have celebrated the previous days, for example, outings to see the Christmas lights of their respective municipalities, chocolate parties or visits by the students of the educational centres.

In the same way, all these centres have planned special menus for Christmas Eve (24th December), Christmas lunch (25th December), the Second Feast (26th December), New Year’s Eve dinner (31st December) and New Year’s lunch (1st January) and Epiphany (6th January).
Depending on the centre and the traditions of each island, the following dishes will be prepared: stuffed soup, escaldums, suckling pig, cannelloni, sofrit pagès, flaó and Christmas sauce, nougat, as well as the traditional New Year’s Eve grapes and the Three Kings’ cake. Logically, taking into account and adapting the dishes to the dietary particularities of each user.
