ADR Balears has advised more than a thousand companies and entrepreneurs in 2024

The aim of ADR Balears, a body dependent on the Regional Ministry of Enterprise, Employment and Energy, is to accompany, help and advise all those who want to start a business, grow their company or reorganise it. All to be the Government’s business service point and coordinator of entrepreneurship and business policies, both for local councils and for other entities and groups working in this sector.

In terms of the training offered by ADR Balears on different subjects such as business plans, sustainability, artificial intelligence and visual merchandising for shops, more than 800 people attended.

One figure worth highlighting is the 4,065 students who have taken part in one of the agency’s programmes to promote entrepreneurship at school, to raise awareness of local commerce in their municipality among the youngest children, or the motivational talks to find a generational replacement in the bakery sector.

Finally, a total of 124 companies in the industrial sector have applied for ADR Balears aid, such as consultancy cheques that allow them to draw up plans for digitalisation, management improvement, internationalisation and calculation of the corporate and product carbon footprint.
