Minute of silence at the Consell de Mallorca for the death of Francesc Antich
President Galmés expressed his condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of the PSIB-PSOE of the former president of the Government of the Balearic Islands. The president stressed that he was a key person in the development of our islands, leading great challenges; a person who was always close, gentle and noted for his openness to dialogue, who unfortunately has left us after two years of fighting cancer. May he rest in peace.
The Consell de Mallorca will keep the flags on all its official buildings at half-mast until midday on Sunday when the two days of official mourning decreed by the Government of the Balearic Islands for his death come to an end.
