In 2025, among others, it will deploy the strategy of the Person-Centred Care methodology and diversify stimulating activities.

The Foundation manages the residences and day centres Son Güells, Son Tugores, Son Llebre, Can Raspalls, Can Blai, Sa Serra and the Sa Riera Occupational Centre.

The Foundation for Care and Support for Dependency informs the Government of its 2025 action plan

The Consell de Govern has taken note of the action plan of the Fundación de Atención y Apoyo a la Dependencia y de Promoción de la Autonomía Personal (Foundation for Care and Support for Dependency and Promotion of Personal Autonomy) for 2025.

Among other aspects, the plan contemplates the objectives of the Foundation in the residences and day centres it manages directly: the Son Güells residence and day centre in Palma, the Son Tugores residence and day centre in Palma, the Son Llebre residence in Marratxí, the Can Raspalls residence, day centre and supervised flats in Sant Jordi (Ibiza), the Can Blai residence and day centre in Santa Eulària des Riu, and the Sa Serra residence and day centre in Sant Antoni de Portmany.

For these centres, the following objectives have been set: to develop the strategy of the Person-Centred Care methodology, to develop the strategy aimed at ethical reflection in social services (ERESS), to diversify stimulating, meaningful and enriching activities for users, to consolidate the presence of users in the community, to consolidate food safety and to improve the satisfaction of users concerning the catering service.

Likewise, for the Sa Riera occupational mental health centre in Palma, which is also managed directly by the Foundation, it has been proposed to: consolidate the presence of users in the community, deploy the strategy of the Person-Centred Care methodology, diversify stimulating, meaningful and enriching activities for users.
